If I have Rs. 1 cr, what is the best plan for investing?

 Let me show a way where you can not only get passive income from this 1 Cr, but also grow this capital at the same time.

This is how I would invest this 1 Cr:

Step 1:

I would open a fresh demat account and do the following investments.

7L- Nifty Bees ETF

4L- Midcap 150 Bees ETF

3L- Junior Bees ETF

4L- Bank Bees ETF

2L- IT Bees ETF

70L: Liquid Funds

10L: Cash in demat account

Step 2:

Pledge all the holdings.

For 20L ETFs/Index funds, I would get approx 18L collateral as margin

For 70L liquid funds, I would get approx 63L collateral as margin

That’s total of 81L as collateral. Add the 10L that you already have in cash, and you have 91L as total margin in your account now.

Step 3:

Use this margin of 91L to safely do option selling, and generate an income of approx 1.5–2% per month.

I have created a disciplined system for myself where I trade only 2 days in a week, and am able to churn out a decent return regularly thus create a secondary income for myself on a 7 figure capital.

Have been doing that since last 3 years. My one and only mantra is risk management and zero tolerance there.
