Option trading is the most popular mode of investment. According to observation, most of he traders suffer losses in option trading due to lack of proper knowledge and understanding these contracts. Earning from option trading depends on various factors like market condition, trading strategy, risk appetite and amount of capital you invest. One should not place an option trade without proper knowledge. There are two types of options:
- CALL OPTION:- It is an option that gives the holder a right to buy an asset at a particular price before the expiry date.
- PUT OPTION:- It is an option that gives the holder a right to sell an asset at a particular price before the expiry date.
